Waldo Run  Rededicated 8-10-13    

The relocation, reconstruction and opening of the Waldo Run cabin was a feature project for 2013. This journey began nearly 3 years prior with the generous donation by the Hyatt-Couture family of their cabin which dates back to the 1870's. This project was funded by a grant from DOMINION Foundation, David H. Johnson, in kind work by the Sinclair Family and the Pruntytown Correctional Facility - Good Neighbor Crew. This cabin is interpreted as the land office/surveyors cabin and features a sleeping loft along with a fire place. This is our tenth structure since 2006.
